Professional equine dentistry services based in Oxfordshire, specialising in your horses dental health and happiness.
Established in 2008, Pimbury Equine dental services pride themselves on offering a professional yet personal approach to equine dentistry.
Operating throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, our BEVA/BDVA qualified equine dental technicians have a wealth of hands-on, professional experience to ensure your horse is happy and healthy throughout it’s treatment and thereafter.
Methodical, pragmatic, professional.
All floating and rasping treatments include the removal of any sharp edges surrounding the teeth and the removal of any overgrowth.
The team will also flush of any diastema (gaps within the teeth) that can cause periodontal disease.
We take the time to examine the horse’s head as a whole, as well as the oral cavity in great detail.
This process allows us to take note of any abnormalities before we undertake any further surgery or treatment
Worried about wolf teeth? The longer you leave it, the more pain your horse could potentially be experiencing, which can lead to further dental and health issues.
We give a professional diagnosis for wolf teeth removal to get your horse pain-free as fast as possible.
We will provide you with a completed electronic chart, highlighting any problems that were found during the process.

We continue to develop invaluable working relationships with industry professionals such as Veterinary Surgeons so that procedures can be carried out methodically and efficiently without detriment to the horse.
Pimbury Equine offers an excellent level of service to both horse and client from reputable and qualified practitioners.
“Pimbury Equine was recommended to us by our vet for a horse who needed quite a bit of remedial work. After just one visit the results were remarkable.
We have continued to use Bobby who works sensitively, thoroughly and efficiently with all of our horses from companion ponies to competition horses and a recently retired racehorse that is now able to eat properly, readily accepts the bit and is really enjoying her work.
After every visit we receive an email with detailed diagrams showing where the work has been done and reminders of when the next visit is due.”
Mrs P.Gloucester“I cannot recommend Pimbury Equine highly enough. Both Johnny and Bobby have been looking after my horses for over 10 years combined! They always do such an amazing job and see my mare 6 monthly!
The charts they email through are great and help me keep track of how her teeth are progressing. They also travel an hour to get to me and they’re always on time or early! Honestly trust these guys with my life!”
Mrs A.Redditch“Bobby and Jonny are fantastic! I have used Pimbury for a few years now and wouldn’t call anyone else to come out for the horse’s teeth. They are friendly, professional and always make an effort to pencil you in promptly.
The level of horsemanship and care taken with each horse is second to none. Very knowledgeable and explain everything as they go along. Thank you for helping keep the horses so happy!”
Mrs B.Gloucestershire“I’ve been using Pimbury equine dentists for 8 years now. Their professional and relaxed attitude works a wonder with even the most nervous of horses.
