Terms and Conditions

Any fees costs or estimates given or agreed by Pimbury Equine for horse transportation do not include insurance of the horse(s) against any deterioration in the condition of, injury to or the death of the horse(s), any delays, or any refusal to permit the horse(s) entry into the contract destination or for any other reason due to or caused by acts or omissions, negligence or non-performance by any person(s), carrier or other entity involved in any way in the contract.

It is recommended that the Consignor/Owner/Consignee of the horse(s) insure against loss, injury and damage to the consignment and no claim or cause may be asserted against Pimbury Equine, its owners, agents or employees.

Pimbury Equine is not accountable for items transported with the horse(s). Persons and their properties transported as part of the contract do so at the persons risk.

Pimbury Equine is authorised to act as the agent of the Owner/Consignor/Consignee of the horse(s) and to take action(s) it deems appropriate to the welfare of the horse(s) in carrying out the transport contract including but not limited to the provision of veterinary care. The Owner/Consignor/Consignee will reimburse Pimbury Equine for all costs arising from such action(s).

In the event of refusal of entry of the horse(s) into a destination, the Owner/Consignor/Consignee will reimburse Pimbury Equine for all costs arising from such action including but not limited to: stabling/grazing of the horse(s), subsistence and accommodation costs of Pimbury Equine staff, return of the animal to the collection point of origin or an alternative destination and all other related costs.
